About Classic Car Hub

Classic Car Hub has been around since the early 2000s. Back then, finding decent information about your classic online meant trawling forums and hoping for the best. Not a lot has changed, which is probably why the site is still here.

I’ve owned and tinkered with classics for many years now, with a particular soft spot for MGs and Triumphs. There’s something about British cars of that era that just gets under your skin. I’m a member of a couple of local car clubs, and the workshop side of things is honestly where I’m happiest. Spanner in hand, radio on, usually swearing at something.

This is a hobby site. Just me, in my spare time, writing about things I actually know. No editorial team, no agenda, no content farm. If something reads a bit rough round the edges occasionally, that’s because it’s written by a real person and not a committee.

What you’ll find here

Buyers guides to help you avoid the expensive mistakes. Workshop how-tos for the jobs that every classic owner eventually faces. Restoration advice, marque information and the odd bit of history on the cars that deserve more attention than they get. Mostly British, mostly old, all interesting.

If something on here helps you keep a classic on the road then its done its job.
